The resource will have responsibility of extending the current solution for text classification/NLP services in place for CX products. Will also be required to extensively research on deep learning technologies and implement improvements on the current solution.
Should be conceptually very strong in machine learning / natural language processing concepts and have prior development experience on machine learning products.
Prior working experience in Python, SK Learn, Keras/TensorFlow or other deep learning frameworks.
Good knowledge of writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
Concepts/prior working experience on MongoDB/big data a plus.
