Town Hall Training Over Tea

Tea turned out to be the theme of this quarter’s training town hall with Mirna Bravo, head of training and David Afdah, global COOl. The Manila training team held their quarterly town hall on November 17 at Warehouse 8 in Makati and November 14th at Marco Polo for the Davao team. This was a special town hall, aside from Mirna, the event was graced by Rich Albanese, Erik Kaufman, and Potski Alvarez.

The town hall also served as a celebration of success. Success in improvements in attrition and time to proficiency. As a celebration of success, this quarter’s top performing trainers and managers were recognized and awarded.
