SPRING HILL — ibex call center is looking to hire 300 new employees Monday at its Spring Hill location at the Northfield Workforce Development & Conference center.
The company will host a job fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday at the Spring Hill campus, located at the Northfield Workforce Development & Conference Center at 5000 Northfield Lane, suite 600, with the goal of filling each position by the end of the day.
“Whether hoping to find a fresh start, a better job, or a new career direction, job seekers will find a wealth of exciting opportunities at this job fair,” ibex Senior Human Resource Manager Nicole Conley wrote in a press release. “We are also looking to strengthen and effectively build our bench-strength for future leadership opportunities. ibex Spring Hill is looking for career minded individuals that are coachable, reliable and dedicated to their success.”
Job candidates are encouraged to “dress to impress,” and should be prepared for onsite testing and resume review.
ibex is looking to hire positions in two job categories. These include inbound customer service/sales and technical support.
Details of the inbound customer service/sales job include paid training at $12.50/hr, $14 after 30 days. Opportunities for sales incentives and bonuses are also available.
The technical support position will include paid training at $11.50/hr, $13.25 after 30 days.
Candidates for both positions must have a high school diploma or equivalent, can type at least 25 words per minute and have basic skills in multitasking, using a computer and writing.
Both positions will also require a drug screen and background check. All positions are full-time, 40 hour weeks with opportunity for medical, dental and vision benefits. Paid time off is earned after 90 days.
